Combining our diverse workforce and our power to innovate to preserve the future generations.\n\nWhat you'll be doing :\n\nUpdate freight rates database :\n• Update rates according to buyers' information\n• Corrections of obsolete carriers and equipment used\n• Standardize postal codes and city names\n\nPre-billing analysis :\n• Daily monitoring of reporting errors\n• Analysis of manual price changes by plant\n• Search and correction of wrong distances\n\nOther tasks :\n• Extraction of European fuel indexes (IRU)\n• Occasional support to plant on the pre-billing tool\n• Regular progress report of the internship and the objectives\n\nDuring the internship, the student will develop Supply Chain Management skills with a focus on Transportation.\n\nThis position is in Paris.\n\nWe'd love to hear from you if :\n\nTechnical skills\n• The applicant shall have a good knowledge of the transport environment (including transport regulation fundamentals) and understand corporate accounting management.\n\nPersonal Qualities\n• The Trainee Transport Analyst is rigorous and shows strong interpersonal skills. He/she has the ability to adapt to tools, procedures, working methods.
