Business Analyst – Global CRM Transformation (Marketing/Data OR Service)

Are you a business-driven Business Analyst ready to lead a global digital transformation? As we scale a harmonized global CRM ecosystem, we are looking for two high-impact Business Analysts to join our client's team. Whether your expertise lies in Service Excellence OR Data-Driven Marketing, these roles offer the chance to own the functional evolution of a global commercial platform. We look for a true process-oriented partners who confidently bridge the gap between business needs and IT execution. The Mission: While both roles focus on driving adoption and harmonizing global processes, you will specialize in one of two critical streams. Common Responsibilities for Both Roles: • Process Ownership: Map, design, and harmonize end-to-end business processes, maintaining clear ownership of requirements engineering and decision facilitation. • Senior Stakeholder Management: Operate confidently with senior business leaders in a complex, global setup to drive alignment between global strategy and regional execution. • Business-to-IT Translation: Translate complex, strategic business needs into actionable requirements for the IT and development teams. • Global Rollout & Support: Lead discovery workshops, localization efforts, and training sessions, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates for international teams. Role 1: The Service & Field Operations Specialist • Focus: Optimizing omni-channel customer service and global field operations. • Impact: Drive improvements in critical business metrics like Service Level Agreements (SLA), First-Time Fix (FTF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Role 2: The Marketing & Data Engagement Specialist • Focus: Architecting global customer engagement streams and commercial ecosystems. • Impact: Enable harmonized, data-driven customer journeys at scale, establishing the reporting foundations needed for commercial excellence. The Profile: What You Bring Core Requirements: • The BA DNA: Strong, proven experience as a business-oriented Business Analyst, with a clear focus on process design and requirements engineering. • Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to manage, challenge, and guide stakeholders at a senior/global level within an international corporate environment. • Communication: Fluency in English (our global business language) and a sufficient level of German to operate effectively in our local environment. • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. The "Nice-to-Haves" (Not Mandatory): • CRM/Salesforce Knowledge: While your core identity must be a Business Analyst, any familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud) is a strong plus.
