  "job_description": "Director – Data & Analytics Recruitment\n\nup to £90,000 plus commission & equity options\n\nOur established Pricing and Actuarial practice has deep networks across regulated industries, particularly insurance and financial services, which consistently generates a strong pipeline of vacancies within the Data space.\n\nYou will not be starting cold. There are live roles, long‑standing clients, strong relationships, and a credible position already built.\n\nWhat we have not yet done is establish Data and Analytics as its own defined niche.
