  "job_description": "We’re partnering with a leading global investment firm looking to hire a Market Data Management Specialist to join their Global Data Operations team in London. This is a high-visibility role working directly with Investment, Finance, and Technology stakeholders across EMEA.\n\nYou’ll sit at the centre of the investment process — owning key market data vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and SLAs, driving cost optimisation, and strengthening data governance across multiple asset classes. You’ll be a trusted partner to front-office teams, ensuring they have accurate, reliable, and timely data to support decision-making.\n\nDaily Duties:\n• Managing strategic relationships with market data vendors, exchanges, and platforms.\n• Leading contract negotiations, SLA management, and cost control initiatives.\n• Enhancing data governance, quality assurance, and operational workflows.\n• Partnering with Investment teams across Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, and Quant strategies.\n• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes.\n\nExperience required:\n• 5–7+ years’ experience in hedge fund operations, vendor management, or data management.\n• Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle and market data products.\n• Commercially astute with proven negotiation experience.\n• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior investment professionals.\n• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.",
