  "job_description": "Job Description:\n• You will play a key role in our regional development and in supporting our clients through their data transitions.\n• Design and implementation of modern Data architectures (Cloud & on-premises)\n• Conduct audits, define roadmaps, and advise on technology choices\n• Develop PoCs/MVPs, provide technical coaching, and manage change\n• Participate in the tech ecosystem (meetups, afterworks, partners, software vendors...)\n• Actively contribute to our Data expert community (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, dbt, Looker, Rivery, Airbyte, etc.)\n• Support the commercial teams with technical responses\n• Help formalize the agency's Data offerings and strategic positioning\n• Mentor consultants during engagements\n\nRequirements:\n• 8 to 10 years of experience in data architecture (consulting + delivery)\n• Excellent knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)\n• Experience designing pipelines and integrating solutions (ETL, ELT, Data Lake, Modeling, Orchestration, etc.)\n• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Spark, or other data-related tools\n• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly\n• Cloud or Big Data certifications\n• Technical English (regular exposure to content, projects, or events in an international context)\n\nBenefits:\n• A dynamic local ecosystem supported by a friendly and passionate team\n• Modern, innovative projects with positive impact\n• A high degree of autonomy and freedom to take initiative within a structured framework\n• A genuine culture of knowledge-sharing and teamwork\n• Respect for work–life balance (remote work options, flexibility, and respect for individual rhythms)",
