  "job_description": "Key Responsibilities\n\nThe role involves managing a small team to ensure strong outcomes and positioning it as a vital source of insight and critical thinking. Responsibilities include delivering accurate, timely operational and committee performance reports with clear action tracking; building relationships across the organisation to strengthen data‑driven thinking; and providing high‑quality research and performance insight through complex analysis from multiple sources. You will also identify and propose solutions to issues uncovered through analytical work, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and translate data into meaningful insights that show its link to service delivery and drive business improvement.\n\nQualifications, Skills & Experience\n\nThe role requires someone of graduate calibre or with experience analysing financial or business information and interpreting data at a strategic level, who is technically capable with strong Excel skills and ideally some PowerBI experience. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce robust, clear and accurate reports and recommendations, and the ability to process large volumes of manual or digital information with care, accuracy, security and confidentiality.
