This could be one for you. ✨ We’re partnering with a well-known consumer brand to find a Customer Insight Analyst to join their growing data and insight team. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a business where data is genuinely valued, insight has real influence, and the team is continuing to grow in both profile and impact. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer, commercial and digital insight, helping teams across the business better understand behaviour, performance and opportunity. From customer acquisition and retention, to campaign analysis, segmentation and trend spotting, this is a role where your work won’t just be reported — it’ll be used. 📊💡 This is the kind of environment that suits someone who enjoys asking questions, digging into the detail, and bringing the “so what?” to the table. The business has a strong multi-channel customer base, plenty of rich data to work with, and an exciting roadmap for how insight can shape future decisions. 🚀 What you’ll be doing: • Analysing customer behaviour and commercial performance • Identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention and revenue • Evaluating marketing and CRM activity • Building customer segments and uncovering behavioural trends • Creating dashboards and reports that support real decision-making • Partnering with stakeholders across marketing, digital, CRM and trading 📈 What they’re looking for: • Experience in customer insight, CRM analysis, marketing analytics or similar • Strong SQL skills • Someone who can turn data into clear, actionable commercial insight • Dashboarding / reporting experience • Confidence communicating with stakeholders across the business 🧠 Nice to have: • A/B testing or experimentation experience • Segmentation work • Python • Retail or broader consumer analytics experience ➕ Why this role stands out: This is a chance to join a business with an interesting customer proposition, lots of complexity to get stuck into, and a growing data team where insight is becoming increasingly central to commercial thinking.
