ODDO BHF is an independent Franco-German financial services group, with a history stretching back over 170 years. Our ambition - your challenge Within the Information Systems department of the ODDO BHF Group, you will be responsible for designing client lifecycle workflows in a digital environment for all of the group's business units (private wealth management in France and Germany, independent financial advisors, ODDO services, etc.). Designing Client Lifecycle workflows for various Group business lines Conducting functional and technical design, acceptance tests, and projects reporting Deploying projects internally and coordinating teams Regular monitoring and staying attentive to digital opportunities and impacts Having advanced knowledge of new technology culture and digital maturity Encouraging innovation and maintaining links with different group departments To fulfill these tasks, you will be in regular contact with all business units in France, Germany, and the subsidiaries, with the COOs of the group's business units, with the compliance and legal departments, with the group's DPO, and the IT Security and Innovation department. Your Qualifications - our requirements In this responsible position, which combines operations and project management, you can further develop your skills in an entrepreneurial and international context. As part of the department's regular activities, several trips to France and Tunisia are to be expected throughout the year. A degree in engineering or business (or equivalent) Significant experience in IT and advanced knowledge of new technology culture and digital maturity Sound knowledge of digital project management Knowledge of the customer lifecycle, KYC, and finance You are proactive and enjoy working independently You are known for your organizational skills, ambition, and precision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent English and French skills, German would be a plus •
