Your mission will be to track and monitor, on a near-real-time basis, the financial health of INCO, ensuring that leadership has reliable insights and practical solutions for sound decision-making.\n\nINCO operates through 20+ legal entities worldwide, creating a rich but complex financial ecosystem. You will work closely with our founder and leadership team, acting as the organisation’s financial problem-solver.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n• Monitor cash flows and bank accounts in real time.\n• Manage intragroup cash flows and propose optimization strategies.\n• Track HQ overheads and expenditure, flag anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.\n• Develop dashboards and financial visualizations to support leadership.\n• Monitor budgets vs. actual expenditure.\n• Build financial models and forecasts.\n• Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership with precision and clarity.\n\nAbout you:\n• 5+ years of experience in a financial controller role, preferably within a multinational organisation.\n• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\n• Fluency in English is essential, with working knowledge of French and additional languages as a plus.\n• Experience working in a global environment and managing geographically dispersed teams.\n• Passion for the social enterprise mission and a commitment to making a positive impact in the world.\n\nWe're looking forward to hearing from you!\n\nAt INCO, we offer a stimulating environment that fosters growth, creativity, and trust.
