Recognised by Sifted’s Rising 100 and LinkedIn's Top Startups, we’re here to help propel your career and together, make Moss a lasting success.\n\nWe are hiring a Junior KYC Analyst (f/m/d) to join our Operations team in Berlin.\nThis is an entry-level / graduate role designed for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in compliance, risk, and financial operations.\n\nFrom day one, you will work on real customer cases, learning how to assess risk, understand business structures, and contribute to a secure and scalable FinTech platform.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nFrom day one, you’ll be hands-on and learning through real experience here’s what you’ll be doing:\n• Own Customer Onboarding: Review customer applications, collect documentation, and analyse company structures including ultimate beneficial owners.\n• Assess Risk & Make Decisions: Run sanctions and PEP checks and assign structured risk ratings.\n• Think Analytically: Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and red flags — not just follow processes.\n• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams.\n• Take Initiative: Contribute ideas and improvements beyond your daily tasks.\n\nAbout You\n\nThis role is ideal for recent graduates or junior professionals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within Operations.\n\nYou bring:\n• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field or comparable practical experience\n• Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (min.
