To take account of applicable regulatory requirements.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Monitoring, pursuing, reviewing & loading claims bordereaux\n• Reporting on claims bordereaux data/metrics\n• Reviewing data quality and drive improvement\n• Liaison with outsourced bordereaux function\n• Identifying, reporting and resolving any Delegated Authority breaches\n• Assisting Claims Delegated Authority Manager with Claims Delegated Authorities function\n• Assist with Conduct Risk related activities\n• Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.\n• Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Risk Committee (URC), ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.\n\nKnowledge and Skills\n• Good knowledge of bordereaux processing tools\n• Good knowledge of Lloyd’s Standard Claims Reporting bordereaux (version 5.2)\n• Knowledge of market strategies\n• All firm specific procedures that relate to own role;\n• Demonstrate growing understanding of the roles of colleagues and their relationships to the structure and business plans of the Firm.\n• Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of policies, underwriting and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the firm.\n• Be aware of the potential risks facing the business within own job role and the controls that are in place to mitigate them; and report all significant changes in these risks, or the effectiveness of controls, to your line manager in a timely manner.\n\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\n\nAt Munich Re, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion foster innovation and resilience and enable us to act braver and better.
