The Role We are looking for a highly motivated Junior – Mid Level Data Analyst to join our small, dynamic team. This position is central to our customer value proposition: converting real-time RFID tracking data into meaningful operational and financial insights for leading airlines worldwide. Key responsibilities include monitoring live tracking data, preparing structured monthly reporting packs, conducting detailed analyses, and providing intelligence to support both operational and executive-level strategic decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity, commercial awareness, and the ability to present complex datasets as clear, compelling narratives. The role is based in London, with hybrid working flexibility. You will be working in a high-growth technology environment with exposure to major global airline clients. The position includes periodic international travel across North America, Europe, and Asia to support customer engagements and operational reviews. What we primarily need you to do: • Compile structured monthly and quarterly performance reports for international airline customers • Identify and investigate anomalies, patterns, and trends within large datasets and explain them to a non- technical audience • Monitor and validate real-time airline product tracking data across the Weave network • Extract meaningful insights that enable customers to drive measurable financial and operational change • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting cycles • Conduct root-cause analysis into product loss, shrinkage, stock utilisation, and operational inefficiencies • Deliver financial impact assessments tied to customer KPIs • Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualise performance metrics • Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations • Support customer review meetings with analytical materials and presentations • Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and analytical methodologies • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data processes • Support the evolution of Weave’s analytics capability Do you have: • 1–3 years’ experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role • Experience working with large SQL databases, writing complex queries to support analysis and reporting • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation) • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level reporting • Strong analytical and critical thinking capability • Ability to interpret data and extract key insights • Excellent attention to detail • Clear and confident skills in both written and verbal communication With preferably: • Experience working with operational, logistics, or supply chain data • Exposure to aviation or international corporate environments Are you: • Naturally curious and intellectually rigorous • Commercially aware and outcome-focused • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment • Confident engaging with international stakeholders • Willing to travel internationally when required Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Experience: • Data analytics: 1 year (required) Work authorisation: • United Kingdom (required) Willingness to travel: • 50% (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Paddington W2
