  "job_description": "Company description :\n\nXPO, Inc\n\nJob description :\n\nWarehouse Managment Information Analyst\n\nLocation : Bradford\n\nSalary : 30,000\n\nPermanent | Full-time\n\nWere looking for a junior MI Analyst to support our warehouse operation with data, reporting and dashboards. This is an entry-level role suited to someone analytical who enjoys working with data, keeping it organised, and presenting it in a clear, easy-to-understand way.\n\nYoull be extracting data from various systems, maintaining reports, and helping turn numbers into something the operation can actually use. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and wants to build experience in MI and operational analytics. Youll get hands-on exposure to real warehouse performance data and the chance to develop your reporting and visualisation skills in a fast-paced environment. You will also support with transport administration tasks and work closely within the transport office to ensure accurate data, reporting and day-to-day operational coordination.\n\nWhat youll be doing\n\nExtracting and managing data from warehouse / operational systems\n\nProducing regular MI reports and simple dashboards\n\nCleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy\n\nPresenting information in a clear, visual and user-friendly format\n\nSupporting the warehouse team with ad-hoc data requests\n\nHighlighting trends, issues and opportunities through basic analysis\n\nHelping improve and streamline existing reporting processes\n\nWhat were looking for\n\nNaturally analytical with strong attention to detail\n\nComfortable working with data and large spreadsheets\n\nGood Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)\n\nAble to turn raw data into clear, presentable outputs\n\nOrganised, methodical and willing to learn\n\nGood communication skills\n\nable to explain data in simple terms\n\nNice to have (not essential)\n\nExposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar tools\n\nBasic SQL knowledge\n\nAny experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment\n\nBe part of something big.\n\nWe strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
