With expertise in short-term funding, senior debt and moderate LTV deals, the team is expanding rapidly and are on the search for a motivated Graduate Real Estate Analyst to their team.\n\nThis fantastic position is based in the heart of W1, Central London and offers ample career prospects and progression.\n\nDuties will include:\n• Assess enquiries from brokers and borrowers\n• Conduct research on properties, comparables, cost plans and business appraisals\n• Evaluate financial viability and make recommendations to the credit committee\n• Prepare indicative terms for deals\n• Attend borrower meetings and conduct detailed deal research\n• Liaise with brokers and borrowers to obtain necessary information\n• Reassess deals based on updated information\n• Prepare presentations and internal loan book reviews\n\nKey Requirements:\n• Passion for property finance and a drive to succeed\n• Finance / Business related Degree - essential\n• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset\n• Strong numeracy, research and problem-solving skills\n• Proficiency in tools like Costar, Companies House, Zoopla, and Rightmove are desirable\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a bright and driven Analyst to become part of a growing business with ambitious plans.
