  "job_description": "Trinity House Group are working with a high-growth business is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in strengthening how financial data is used to drive commercial decisions.\n\nThis role goes beyond traditional reporting. You’ll focus on extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets, improving how the business interprets financial performance, and helping shape the future of FP&A tools, systems, and processes.\n\nKey responsibilities\n• Analyse financial and operational data to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership\n• Partner with commercial and operational teams to challenge performance and support decision-making\n• Evaluate and improve FP&A tools, reporting models, and forecasting processes\n• Develop dashboards and reporting that translate data into strategic insight\n• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning with a strong analytical focus\n• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance financial reporting\n\nAbout you\n• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)\n• Strong FP&A experience in a commercial, data-driven environment\n• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights\n• Experience reviewing or implementing FP&A tools, reporting systems, or planning platforms\n• Strong stakeholder skills with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders\n\nOn Offer\n• Highly visible role with real influence on decision-making\n• Opportunity to shape how the business uses financial data\n• Up to £80,000 salary + strong benefits\n• Hybrid working in Birmingham",
