  "job_description": "Business Systems Analyst\n\nRole: Business Systems Analyst\n\nSpecialism(s): Agile Working Model (AWM), User Stories, Backlogs, Project Lifecycle, Prince2/PMP, Legacy Systems, Financial Services\n\nType: Contract, Daily Rate\n\nIR35 Determination: Inside IR35\n\nPay Rate: £350 - £425 per day\n\nStart: ASAP / Urgent\n\nLocation: Farnborough (2 days on-site per week)\n\nBusiness Systems Analyst\n\nCPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join them on a 3-monthly rolling contract basis.\n\nThe role is based at the client HQ in Farnborough 2 days per week and remotely 3 days per week.\n\nRole Requirements\n• Responsible for formulating and defining the initiative scope and objectives, undertaking complex research and analysis to define solutions\n• Support design and development through to leading system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation phases in line with the Agile Working Model (AWM).\n• Being part of a Delivery Team, able to create key Agile artefacts including user stories, creation of backlogs, estimating capabilities\n• ability to be part of self-organizing team to deliver incremental change\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n• 10+ years’ experience in Systems Analysis across full project lifecycles\n• 5+ years Project Management/Delivery experience\n• Financial Services experience\n• Proven ability to operate in a complex legacy systems landscape.\n• Associated certifications (e.g. Prince2, Agile, PMP)\n\nFor more information or immediate consideration for this opportunity, please contact Charlie Grant at CPS Group UK on 02920 37 55 99 or email cgrant@cpsgroupuk.com",
