  "job_description": "MI Developer\n\nLondon (Hybrid)\n\n60K + Bonus +Benefits\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe’re working with a London-based insurance broker who are looking to hire an experienced MI Developer to join their growing Data & Analytics function.\n\nThis is a key hire, working closely with senior leadership to shape how data is structured, delivered, and leveraged across the business. You’ll play a central role in building scalable reporting solutions, improving data pipelines, and driving better decision-making through high-quality insights.\n\nIf you enjoy owning end-to-end BI solutions and working in a collaborative, evolving data environment—this is a strong opportunity to make real impact.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n• Designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reports used across the business\n• Building and optimising ETL pipelines (SSIS) to support reliable data flow\n• Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions\n• Improving and maintaining data quality, governance, and integrity\n• Supporting ad hoc analysis and insight requests\n• Contributing to the ongoing development of the organisation’s data architecture\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nCore Skills\n• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)\n• Hands-on experience with SSIS / ETL development\n• Solid experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX\n• Understanding of data modelling principles (star/snowflake schemas)\n\nNice to Have\n• Exposure to Azure (ADF or wider ecosystem)\n• Experience working in environments transitioning to the cloud\n• Familiarity with SSRS / Power BI Report Builder\n• Awareness of DevOps or version control practices\n\nSounds good?\n\nApply now!!!",
