  "job_description": "Are you a BI Analyst who loves solving complex problems, shaping strategy through insight, and building modern analytics from the ground up? I’m hiring for a Senior BI & Insights Analyst at a fast‐growing organisation that’s using data, innovation, and technology to drive meaningful impact. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants ownership, variety, and influence across multiple business areas.\n\nYou’ll play a key role in helping the business move away from siloed, Excel‐heavy reporting into a scalable, centralised analytics culture, designing dashboards, delivering insights, and driving data literacy across teams. You’ll work across finance, compliance, people, customer, marketing, product, and sales, partnering with stakeholders from day one.\n\nSalary: £45k-£50k\n\nRemote (UK)\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\n• Lead end‐to‐end BI and analytics projects, from defining the problem to deploying the solution.\n• Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies that drive measurable business value.\n• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, understand challenges, and translate requirements into actionable insights.\n• Measure the impact and ROI of analytics work, ensuring outputs influence strategy and decision‐making.\n• Work across Salesforce, NetSuite, HR, finance, and operational systems.\n• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure pipelines are reliable, scalable, and high‐quality.\n• Lead workshops, insight playbacks, and training sessions to boost data literacy across teams.\n• Document processes, create self‐serve materials, and help replace siloed Excel reporting with modern BI.\n• Optimise existing dashboards and introduce best practices in analytics and emerging tools.\n\nWhat you bring\n• Expertise in Power BI.\n• Strong SQL; Python or R is a bonus.\n• Experience with data modelling (dimensional, star schema, semantic layers).\n• Understanding of data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, GCP).\n• Strong business acumen — able to turn strategy into analytics.\n• A track record of delivering insights that lead to measurable outcomes.\n• Problem‐solver, critical thinker, and confident communicator.\n\nWhy this role\n• High autonomy and ownership — you influence how analytics is done across the business.\n• Huge variety — you’ll work across multiple functions and make a real impact.\n• A chance to shape BI foundations, processes, and capability as the organisation scales.\n• A forward‐thinking environment that embraces innovation and change.",
