Clear opportunities to grow and progress within the business\n\nFull, comprehensive training as part of your apprenticeship\n\nIf you’re motivated, eager to learn, and excited to start a career in business improvement, we’d love to hear from you\n\nOn completion of the Apprenticeship, you will achieve the Improvement Practitioner L4 and become a qualified Improvement Practitioner.\n\nThe successful candidate will report to the Head of Process Development within the Process Team arm of the Enterprise Change & Transformation Team to bring about lasting business improvements across Compass UK&Ireland. Liaising with stakeholders from across the business to understand business challenges and opportunities.\n\nWorking with our Data Analyst to create data-driven insights.\n\nWorking with Process Analysts and business stakeholders to create \"to be\" ways of working.\n\nMonitoring process performance, via agreed metrics.\n\nSupporting the creation of the Business Process Management approach.\n\nThe above duties may be carried out remotely (via MS Teams) or in -person.\n\nOur Ideal Apprentice Will:\n\nExperience in using MS PowerPoint, Excel and process modelling tools.\n\nInnovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and bring creative solutions to complex process challenges.\n\nExperience of using process mining platforms to analyse business processes, and produce actionable insights and recommendations.\n\nAnother key aspect we are looking for is somebody with the mindset to challenge the status quo, be proactive and one who seeks better ways to achieve value for the business.
