  "job_description": "Lead Data Analyst - Hybrid - Permanent\n\nRole Overview\n\nLead the delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions across data platforms and transformation programmes. You will manage cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality analytical outputs that drive business value.\nKey Responsibilities\n• Own and deliver the analytics roadmap within broader data programmes.\n• Lead teams of analysts, data engineers, and analytics engineers to deliver data workflows, platforms, and reporting solutions.\n• Define standards for requirements, documentation, code quality, and release management.\n• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise work, run workshops, and drive adoption.\n• Ensure quality through validation, reconciliation, and clear \"definition of done.\"\n• Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and development of reusable analytics assets.\n\nRequired Experience\n• Experience leading analytics delivery in complex environments (3+ years).\n• Proven delivery on modern data platforms (cloud DWH, lakehouse, BI modernisation).\n• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.\n• Experience with data validation, controls, and go-live readiness.\n\nCore Skills\n• Advanced SQL and Python\n• Strong data modelling (dimensional; Data Vault a plus)\n• BI & analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)\n• Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe)\n• Strong communication and problem-solving skills\n\nTechnical Stack\n• Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric (or similar)\n• dbt, CI/CD, version control\n• Airflow, ADF, Dagster\n• Power BI, Tableau, Looker\n• JIRA, Confluence, DevOps\n\nQualifications\n• Relevant degree or equivalent experience\n• Cloud or analytics certifications preferred\n• Agile certifications desirable\n\nTo apply for this role please submit your CV or contact Dillon Blackburn (see below)\n\nTenth Revolution Group are the go-to recruiter for Data & AI roles in the UK offering more opportunities across the country than any other recruitment agency.
