They are not always standardised, and they evolve constantly depending on projects, clients, and operational contexts. This role exists to take ownership of the day-to-day operational life of these tools: keeping them running,fixing what breaks, adapting them when needs change, and helping users get the most out of them. It’s a hands-on, pragmatic role, close to the business — far from a pure development or architecture position.\n\n🤝 Your Responsibilities\n\nAs an Internal Solutions Analyst you will take care of the operational support, maintenance, and evolution of internal business tools, mainly used by corporate teams and specific clients (such as sports organisations).\n\nYour mission is simple (and challenging): 👉 make sure internal tools work, keep working, and evolve when needed.\n\n🧩 What you’ll actually do\n\nDay-to-day Support & Troubleshooting\n• Take ownership of the operational support of internal tools\n• Diagnose and fix issues when tools don’t behave as expected\n• Support business users on concrete, sometimes urgent needs\n\nMaintenance & Evolution of Internal Tools\n• Maintain and evolve “home-made” tools developed outside standard IT processes\n• Adapt existing tools to new business needs or operational constraints\n• Implement small custom solutions when no standard answer exists\n\nAutomation & Tool Integration\n• Automate business workflows using the Microsoft ecosystem\n• Make different tools communicate with each other Job Offer 🇬🇧 - Internal Solutions Analyst 2 (e.g. Genesis ↔ Outlook or other Microsoft tools)\n• Work mainly in low-code / no-code, with the ability to:\n\nwrite simple scripts,\n\nmanipulate JSON,\n\nuse APIs when required\n\n🧰 Technical Environment\n• 100% Microsoft ecosystem\n• Strong focus on Power Platform:\n\nPower Apps\n\nPower Automate\n\nSharePoint (must-have)\n• Low-code / No-code approach\n• Occasional light scripting & integrations (no heavy development)\n\nIs it really for me? 🤔\n\nThis role is for you if:\n• You’re technical, but not a developer\n• You’re not a purely functional profile either\n• You enjoy working with:\n\ninternal applications\n\ndata-driven tools\n\nintegrations between systems\n• You like “getting your hands dirty” to unblock situations\n• You’re autonomous, pragmatic, and comfortable with ambiguity\n\nYou’ll feel at home if you:\n• have already worked on internal business applications\n• come from a technical background\n• like understanding how systems really work behind the scenes\n\n⚠️ This role is not suitable if you’re uncomfortable with:\n• internal tools,\n• low-code platforms,\n• or technical problem-solving.\n\nAt HBS, you’ll work in:\n• An international environment\n• A constantly evolving context linked to major sports events\n• Teams that value pragmatism, autonomy, and problem-solving\n\nYour work will have a direct and visible impact on how teams operate — especially in high-pressure, event-driven situations.\n\nWho is HBS?\n\nYou've probably watched a ⚽ football game at some point in your life.
