Senior Analyst £45,000-£50,000 Fully Remote in The UK A leading UK education and training group is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their growing data function; this is a hands-on role at the centre of a major data and digital transformation, helping the organisation improve decision-making through data, automation, and modern BI capabilities! The Company This organisation is the parent group behind several specialist training providers delivering apprenticeship programmes and professional development across the UK. Collectively, the group supports thousands of learners and employers, making it one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the country by learner numbers and revenue. The business is currently undergoing a major digital and data transformation, investing in modern platforms, improved reporting structures, and automation to enable smarter decision-making across the organisation; data plays a critical role in supporting areas such as sales pipeline performance, learner progression, compliance, and operational delivery, and the data function is central to the organisation’s long-term growth strategy. In this role you’ll join a small but highly impactful Data & Automation team that works across the group to support insight generation and data-driven decision-making! The Role This is a hands-on, end-to-end BI role combining project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational BI support. You’ll work across multiple business areas, balancing longer-term BI development projects with day-to-day reporting and insight delivery. Key responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports used across the organisation • Managing incoming BI requests including troubleshooting reporting issues and access management • Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver actionable insights • Supporting senior leadership discussions by presenting insights where required • Contributing to data modelling and improvements to reporting structures • Helping drive data-driven decision making across the business • Working with multiple and disparate data sources to deliver meaningful analysis The role reports into the BI Manager and will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Your Skills & Experience • Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard and report development • Strong SQL skills • Experience with data modelling and DAX within Power BI • Experience working with ETL processes or data pipelines • Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps etc.) • Ability to work end-to-end across the BI lifecycle • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business problems into data solutions • Experience working in fast-paced or complex environments The Benefits • £45,000-£50,000 • Fully remote role (in The UK) How to Apply Please register your interest by sending your CV to Adam Osborne at Harnham via the Apply link on this page
