  "job_description": "Senior NHS Business Analyst\nRate (Outside IR35) £400 - £500.\nOnsite Requirements: 2/3 days a week (hybrid).\nHealth & Care Transformation\nContract Inside/Outside IR35 TBC NHS Programme Delivery\nOur consultancy division is currently supporting several live transformation contracts across NHS customers, focused on neighbourhood health, EPR optimisation, integrated care, and service redesign.\nDue to continued programme demand, we are seeking a Senior NHS Business Analyst to lead complex discovery and early delivery activity within one of our active NHS engagements.\nThis is not a passive BA role — you’ll be operating at pace, across organisational boundaries, influencing clinical and operational stakeholders, and shaping investable change.\n________________________________________\nThe Role\nYou will lead business analysis activity across discovery, design, and early delivery phases, bridging clinical, operational, digital and strategic perspectives to ensure transformation is:\n• Evidence-based\n• Deliverable\n• Aligned to neighbourhood health, EPR and integrated care objectives\nYou’ll work within a multi-disciplinary consultancy team embedded inside NHS customers.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\n• Develop clear As-Is and To-Be views across community, primary care and partner organisations\n• Define future-state options, scenarios and high-level requirements\n• Elicit, document and manage business, clinical and non-functional requirements\n• Analyse impacts across people, process, technology, data and information governance\n• Support business cases, options appraisals and investment decisions\n• Work closely with service designers, clinical leads, architects and delivery teams\n• Support prioritisation and sequencing of initiatives, identifying dependencies and risks\n• Contribute to pilot design, phased rollout planning and benefits realisation\n• Produce high-quality artefacts including:\no Process maps\no Requirements packs\no Options papers\no Decision logs\n• Lead structured discovery (interviews, pathway analysis, document review)\n• Develop gap analysis and traceability from insight to prioritised outcomes\n• Contribute directly to assurance and investment evidence\n________________________________________\nWe’re Looking For\n• Senior NHS Business Analyst experience within health, care, or complex public sector transformation\n• Strong discovery and problem-structuring capability in ambiguous environments\n• Experience working across clinical, operational and digital stakeholders\n• Demonstrable involvement in EPR, integrated care, neighbourhood health or pathway redesign programmes\n• Ability to translate complexity into structured, investable outputs\n________________________________________\nWhy Join This Engagement?\nOur consultancy division operates across multiple live NHS transformation programmes, giving you:\n• Exposure to complex, system-wide change\n• Multi-organisational working environments\n• Clear governance and delivery structure\n• A consultancy model that supports pace and impact\nIf you’re a senior NHS BA who can cut through noise, structure ambiguity and turn discovery into credible transformation pathways — we want to speak to you.",
