  "job_description": "Reed Technology is partnering with a prestigious organisation in Edinburgh to recruit as CRM Business Analyst for a 2-year fixed-term contract.\n\nYou will play a key role in the organisation’s Digital Transformation Programme, supporting the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM project and its associated change initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and user journeys that support the Dynamics 365 CRM solution.\n• Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data-flow diagrams, and gap analyses.\n• Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to define as-is and to-be processes.\n• Support solution design, configuration, and validation activities.\n• Manage and maintain all CRM-related work items within Azure DevOps.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n• Solid experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and wider digital transformation initiatives.\n• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including requirements management, user story creation, test case documentation, and Agile delivery tracking.\n• Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.\n• Ideally, knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.\n• Ideally, experience working within public sector, membership, or regulatory environments.\n\nBenefits\n• 2-year fixed term contract\n• Salary up to £ 50.318 / year & additional benefits\n• Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office)",
