  "job_description": "Experteer Overview\nAs a Senior IT Business Analyst, you bridge business and IT to improve processes through technology, translating needs into functional requirements and supporting delivery. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT leads, and architects to enable standardized, scalable solutions across regions, while ensuring quality, performance, and compliance. You’ll drive testing, governance, and change activities, contributing to regional and country initiatives within Field Operations. This role offers impact through cross-functional work and global templates in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.\n\nPay / Benefits\n• Define and document user stories, current and to-be processes, and functional requirements with business partners and architects\n• Promote standardization and synergies across LoBs in EMEALA and the broader enterprise\n• Triage requests and set delivery expectations with stakeholders\n• Provide production support for service systems and resolve usage issues\n• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving ServiceMax, Salesforce, Oracle, and other enterprise apps\n• Ensure deliverables meet functional, quality, reliability, performance, and security requirements\n• Support use of out-of-the-box functionality and global templates across regions and LoBs\n• Define test strategies, criteria, and plans; participate in integration, non-regression, and UAT\n• Uphold governance, quality principles, methodologies, and standards\n• Collaborate with change teams to communicate, train, and support deployment activities\n\nTasks\n• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, documentation, and analytical skills\n• Experience with Salesforce and Service Field Operations\n• Solid understanding of Agile methodology\n• Knowledge of SDLC and/or Project Management Methodology\n• Excellent written and verbal communication\n• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities\n• Innovative, proactive thinking\n• Willingness to travel up to 10%\n• Alignment with JCI values: integrity, teamwork, excellence, accountability\n• Preferred: Experience with ServiceMax; German language skills\n\nKey requirements\n•",
