  "job_description": "Role: Application Analyst\n\nLocation: Birmingham\n\nSalary: up to £50,000\n\nWe are supporting a scaling professional services organisation to support the hire of an Applications Analyst. This role plays a central part in maintaining, enhancing, and evolving business-critical applications. You’ll serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering solutions that improve efficiency and foster innovation across the organisation.\n\nThe Role:\n• Manage the daily running of applications, making sure they are reliable and perform well.\n• Support and lead application-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and successfully.\n• Deliver user training and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation.\n• Spot opportunities to improve systems and lead upgrades or integrations.\n• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems quickly.\n\nThe Candidate:\n• Proven experience working with industry bespoke systems, including configuration, reporting, and workflow management.
