You will be joining OES at an exciting time with significant opportunities for professional growth, creativity, and impact.\nThe Business Analyst at Online Education Services (OES) is responsible for gathering, analysing and translating business requirements into clear project documentation (mainly user stories) to support IT and project delivery.\nThe role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring project goals are clearly understood and successfully delivered.\nThis is a hybrid role based in OES' Birmingham office 2-3 days per week, with the remainder working form your home.\nThe Business Analyst role at OES is a stakeholder-facing, project-focused position responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, and ensuring project teams deliver solutions that meet organisational needs. It requires strong communication skills, Agile knowledge, stakeholder management capability, and at least two years of BA experience.\nThis role is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months.\nThe Business Analyst will:\nRun workshops to gather business requirements\nUpdate requirements when business priorities change\nSupport project kick-offs\nCoordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nHelp assess external software/products\n\nProject teams\nUnderstanding of Agile principles\nAt least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst\nThey must also be flexible, proactive and comfortable working under pressure.\nFlexible working environment\nOES strategy reflects respect, honesty & diversity",
