  "job_description": "Technical Business Analyst - Workforce Management (Contract)\nDay Rate: £450- £535/day (Inside IR35)\nContract Length: 6 months\n\nA leading organisation is seeking two experienced Technical Business Analysts with strong Workforce Management (WFM) expertise to support the delivery and optimisation of complex WFM solutions across a multi‑site environment.\n\nThis role requires candidates with genuine practice, process and system experience in Workforce Management - not HR/payroll-only backgrounds.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWork closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers and delivery partners to define clear, testable business and technical requirements\nGather and document requirements through workshops, interviews and structured discovery\nProduce user stories, functional specifications, process maps and acceptance criteria\nConduct detailed gap analysis, impact assessments and feasibility studies\nOperate effectively within a matrix organisation with multiple business units and product teams\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives\nPartner closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to support iterative delivery\nSupport UAT planning, execution and defect management\nContribute to change management, business readiness and stakeholder communication\nPromote data-driven decision‑making using analytics and reporting tools\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, cybersecurity and internal control requirementsEssential Experience\n\nTo be considered, candidates must have hands‑on WFM experience, including:\n\nScheduling & rostering\nTime & attendance\nClocking systems and working hours rules\nExperience with Workforce Management platforms such as:\nKronos / UKG\nWorkforce Software\nQuinyx\nReflexis\nSmartTime\nOr equivalent WFM vendors/systems\nProven ability to work across practice, process and system change\nStrong experience within large operational or multi‑site organisationsIdeal Background\n\nExperience in sectors such as public services, logistics, transport, defence, contact centres, facilities management or similar\nAbility to work confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders\nStrong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills\nComfortable working in fast-paced Agile delivery environmentsIf you have the relevant experience for this role, please apply using the link provided",
