Role Overview We are seeking an IFA Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with financial services experience who wants to support advisers and paraplanners while developing their career in wealth management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration across client accounts and supporting the advice process. Key Responsibilities • Prepare client documentation, including letters of authority, fact-finds, and review packs • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance • Support advisers and paraplanners with suitability reports and recommendations • Liaise with providers to manage pensions, investments, and insurance products • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience in financial services or wealth management administration • Knowledge of investment, pension, and insurance products is desirable • Strong organisational, attention-to-detail, and communication skills • Confident using financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, Intelligent Office) and Microsoft Office
