  "job_description": "Team - Direct Sales Analytics\n\nWorking Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.\n\nWe are happy to discuss flexible working!\n\nTop 3 skills needed for this role:\n• Strong Data Analysis and Reporting Skills\n• Technical Proficiency in Data Tools\n• Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement Mindset\n\nWhat this role is all about:\n\nAs an MI Analyst, you’ll provide the reporting and insights that drive smarter decisions and improve performance across the business. Your work will help our distribution teams reach more customers and deliver on our purpose: making people healthier and protecting their lives.\n\nKey Actions\n• Own and evolve a suite of MI reports for the Contact Centre, ensuring accuracy and relevance\n• Deliver and enhance business area and product-specific reports, keeping stakeholders informed and empowered\n• Spot and solve data anomalies, driving improvements in reporting quality and reliability\n• Analyse trends and uncover insights, providing clear recommendations that influence strategic decisions\n• Lead performance and KPI reporting, giving visibility into Contact Centre success and opportunities\n• Champion efficiency by standardising processes and optimising data assets for maximum impact\n• Drive automation by migrating manual reports to advanced tools like Power BI\n• Collaborate and influence, building strong stakeholder relationships and managing key MI projects end-to-end\n\nWhat do you need to thrive?\n• 5 GCSEs A-C preferred in Maths, English and IT\n• Excellent IT skills and proficient in complex spreadsheets, analytical tools and reporting and data visualisation tools.\n• Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and querying using T-SQL\n• Understanding of relational database architecture and querying\n• A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines\n• Demonstrating effective time management skills at all times\n• Ability to multi-task, prioritise activities, and meet deadlines/targets.\n• High level of attention to detail ensuring all data is correct whilst conducting analysis\n• Open to direction and have a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done\n\nSo, what’s in it for you?\n• Bonus Schemes - A bonus that regularly rewards you for your performance\n• A pension of up to 12%- We will match your contributions up to 6% of your salary\n• Our award-winning Vitality health insurance - With its own set of rewards and benefits\n• Life Assurance - Four times annual salary\n\nThese are just some of the many perks that we offer!
