  "job_description": "Job Title:\nTax Automation Business Analyst (Finance Transformation / AI Tools)\n\nLocation: London / Poland\n\nTravel: 2- 3 days a week to London / Scotland - Yet to be confirmed from the client\nContract: Perm £40-60k (20-25k pln per month)\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Tax Automation Business Analyst to work closely with a corporate tax team to improve forecasting models, automate manual processes, and introduce modern automation tools.\n\nThis is a hands-on role embedded within the tax team, working directly with tax specialists to identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.\n\nThe focus is on improving tax forecasting models, streamlining processes, and leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Work alongside the tax team to improve tax forecasting models\n• Identify and automate manual tax and finance processes\n• Use automation tools and AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Workato, low-code platforms)\n• Improve data flows into forecasting models and reporting\n• Translate business needs into practical automation solutions\n• Support the team in adopting new tools and improved workflows\n\nExperience Required\n\nWe are open to candidates from tax, finance, or transformation backgrounds provided they have strong automation capability.\n\nIdeal experience includes:\n• Experience in tax, finance, or financial modelling\n• Process automation or workflow optimisation\n• Strong Excel and data modelling skills\n• Experience improving forecasting or analytical models\n• Ability to work directly with business teams to implement solutions\n\nNice to Have\n• Corporate tax experience\n• Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Power Automate, RPA tools)\n• Exposure to AI productivity tools\n• Finance transformation or shared services experience\n\nIdeal Candidate Background\n\nThis role could suit someone from:\n• Tax Technology / Tax Transformation\n• Finance Automation Consulting\n• Finance Transformation\n• Data & Automation Analyst within Finance\n• Business Analyst with strong automation capability\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\n\nPay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year\n\nWork Location: Hybrid remote in London",
