  "job_description": "Camberley, Surrey\n\nMulberry Recruitment\n\nJunior Analyst\n\nCamberley\n\n£26,000 – £28,000 + 5% annual bonus\n\nMy client who are based in Camberley are looking for a Business Analyst to join their client. We are looking for candidates who have got experience working within either the digital business analysis, configuration tools, or system integration.\n\nYou will be responsible for translating business requirements and customer needs into actionable, functional and data solutions that make the quotation-to-order process more efficient and customer centric.\n\nYou will take on the pivotal role of outlining the landscape of tools to guide the process digitally and identifies opportunities for process automation, digital simplification, and growth.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nUnderstand business goals, customer workflows, and competitive offering, determine value drivers for digital product and sales configuration.\n\nGather and structure business requirements for product and sales configuration, the ventilation specification and planning process.\n\nTranslate user and sales needs into functional and technical specifications.\n\nAssess technological fit of proposed solutions, ensuring they integrate effectively with the existing digital landscape.\n\nCritically evaluate supplier proposals and support the selection of suitable technologies and partners.\n\nDefine and lead the journey for the quotation and offer process and its digital product configuration roadmap.\n\nSupport the launch and rollout of configuration solutions across customer-facing platforms.\n\nFull ownership of end-to-end project delivery. Coordinate with integration teams, DevOps, and technology suppliers during implementation.\n\nPrepare testing scenarios, support validation, and track issue resolution.\n\nEnsure alignment with UX, product, and portal design principles.\n\nMonitor performance and user feedback to continuously improve the quotation-to-order process and digital solutions.\n\nIdentify process gaps or improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions based on customer insights and performance data.\n\nContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and standardisation across product lines.\n\nQualifications/Skills\n\nBA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.\n\n1 – 3 years industry experience in digital business analysis, configuration tools, or system integration will consider internships.\n\nHold strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nComfortable documenting processes using workflow diagrams and structured templates.\n\nStructured, reliable, and collaborative skills with technical and non-technical teams\n\nFluent in English; additional EU languages are an asset.",
