  "job_description": "Business Analyst – Regulatory\nPerm - London (Hybrid) - Package: £125k – 170k PA\n\nWe are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing Energy Trading organisation supporting their Middle and Back Office technology platforms.\nThis role will focus on regulatory reporting, trade surveillance, and system integrations across the trading environment. You will work closely with Middle Office, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure trading systems and processes remain aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks including EMIR, REMIT, and MiFID II.\nThis is a great opportunity to be involved in upcoming regulatory reforms and system enhancements within a dynamic trading environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyse and translate regulatory requirements into system and process improvements\nSupport regulatory reporting workflows and trade surveillance capabilities\nWork with stakeholders across Middle Office, Finance, Compliance, and IT\nSupport data mapping, system integrations, and regulatory data flows\nParticipate in testing and UAT for regulatory and product changes\nAssist with enhancements across trading, reporting, and integration platforms\n\nSkills & Experience:\nExperience working as a Business Analyst within energy trading or commodities markets\nKnowledge of regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, REMIT, or MiFID II\nUnderstanding of trade lifecycle processes within trading environments\nExperience supporting regulatory reporting or trade surveillance initiatives\nExposure to ETRM platforms and system integrations\nStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills\nSQL or data analysis experience is beneficial",
