  "job_description": "A great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced global pharmaceutical and life sciences auditing firm headquartered in the UK to collaborate with clients from leading global pharmaceutical companies. We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven professional to join us in the business analysis team focussing on the Japan market. The role will help you to develop a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and to gain a unique insight into best practices across the industry.\n\nAs a member of the analysis team you will have great visibility and exposure to senior directors in the company and the opportunity to take on a high level of responsibility early-on in your career. You will be supported by an experienced analyst team through your development and training and be expected to collaborate and offer new insight within a close-knit team environment.\n\nKey responsibilities\n• Liaising with internal STEM senior leadership and local project teams to establish project delivery requirements\n• Client facing – relationship building through project set up and delivery as well as managing external requests and deadlines.\n• Managing multiple client projects\n• Building and maintaining MS Excel databases from source data\n• Analysing client data using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate key performance indicators\n• Pressure testing source data and identifying areas for investigation\n• Collaborating with Project leaders and local teams to interpret data and formulate action plans and recommendations for clients\n• Produce high quality presentations and other deliverables for clients using MS PowerPoint\n• Supporting members in the analysis team to meet client deadlines and drive development and efficiencies within the team\n\nEssential skills\n• Full proficiency in English and Japanese is a must\n• The ideal candidate must have a Science based degree in subjects with numerical emphasis (such as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering etc) or experience as an Analyst\n• Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders\n• Experience in using MS Excel and PowerPoint\n• Be proactive, with drive and ambition and a strong work ethic to grow in a dynamic environment with good opportunities to help develop and further the business as a whole\n• Analytical thinking\n• Problem-solving\n\nBenefits\n• Hybrid working pattern\n• Company discretionary bonus scheme\n• 23 days Annual leave plus additional time off (+3 days) between Christmas and New Year and (+1) for birthday\n• Life Insurance\n• Pension under Salary Sacrifice Scheme\n• Optional Healthcare Insurance (after 6 months provision)\n• Long term Income protection\n• Employee Assistance Program\n• Training Courses– to further support development needs.\n• Enhanced maternity package.\n• Cycle to Work Scheme\n• Sabbatical leave (after 5 years of service)",
