  "job_description": "A leading consultancy is investing heavily in its Finance Transformation function and is seeking a Finance Transformation Business Analyst to support the redesign and optimisation of core finance processes.\n\nThis role will work closely with Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams to identify process improvements, automate manual workflows, and help deliver scalable finance operating models.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience across finance systems, process optimisation, and transformation programmes to play a key role in improving how finance teams operate and leverage data.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Partner with Finance stakeholders to analyse and improve core finance processes\n• Map As-Is / To-Be processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency\n• Support delivery of finance transformation initiatives and system implementations\n• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories\n• Improve reporting, forecasting models, and data flows across finance systems\n• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder engagement\n• Support testing phases including UAT and process validation\n\nKey Requirements\n• Experience working as a Business Analyst within Finance Transformation programmes\n• Strong experience improving finance processes (R2R, reporting, reconciliations, close processes etc.)\n• Experience working with finance systems or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar)\n• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement skills\n• Experience identifying and implementing automation or workflow improvements\n• Strong Excel and analytical skills",
