  "job_description": "We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the early phases of a Quality Management (QMS) system implementation project. This is an initial 6 month project working with a global retail organisation (outside IR35). Largely remote with occasional office visits.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Define and document high-level business requirements for the QMS, including key must-have capabilities.\n• Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, usability, etc.).\n• Prepare tender documentation and support the procurement process.\n• Lead the RFI/RFP process & evaluation.\n• Support the development of the business case for implementation.\n\nSkills & Experience\n• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst on enterprise system implementation projects for QMS, LMS, or risk Management systems (or ERP if it includes QMS/LMS/RMS).\n• Experience of working in a global complex environment.\n• Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow.\n• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.\n• Experience supporting procurement processes (RFI / RFP / tender).\n• Strong global stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.\n• Project Management experience (desirable) – for potential next phase.\n• ISO9001 knowledge (desirable).\n\nIf this aligns with your skillset and is of interest, please contact me for more details and a further discussion.\n\nThanks\n\nSteve",
