  "job_description": "New Opportunity | Surveillance BA / Project Manager (Hybrid)\n\nI’m currently working on an opportunity within a global financial services firm operating across global financial markets.\n\nThis role sits within a high-impact Surveillance function, playing a key part in ensuring trading activity is monitored effectively and regulatory requirements are met.\n\nThe Role:\n\nThis is a hybrid BA / PM position where you’ll act as the bridge between Compliance, Surveillance, and Technology.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for:\n• Translating surveillance requirements into technical deliverables\n• Working closely with tech teams across the full delivery lifecycle\n• Supporting data integration, feeds, and controls\n• Driving projects from inception through to delivery\n• Acting as a key stakeholder across global teams\n• There’s also a strong data and technical element, so experience working with feeds, data quality, and testing is important.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within Surveillance / Surveillance IT\n• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulated environments\n• Ability to work across multiple asset classes\n• Confident stakeholder management across business and tech\n• Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills",
