  "job_description": "Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst\n\nA Business Analyst with proven experience and strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms is sought by a software company based near Wilmslow in Cheshire.\n\nAs a Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst you will report to the PMO Manager, and you will lead business requirements definition and process design across the Group’s systems landscape. While a significant focus will sit across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, this role extends beyond core ERP/CRM platforms.\n\nYou will also support Group IT initiatives across People & Culture, Commercial, Operations, Finance and Software Development functions. This is not a passive documentation role. You will drive clarity, challenge complexity, and ensure solutions are aligned to the companies target operating model and growth strategy..\n\nWhat you will be doing as the Dynamics Business Analyst…\n• Lead Business Requirements & Process Design\n• Support Core Systems & Broader IT Landscape\n• Integration & Transformation Initiatives\n• Continuous Improvement & Governance\n\nSkills and experience you will need for this role…\n• At least 5-8 years proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to ERP and/or CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central).\n• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).\n• Understanding of API/integration concepts (REST, middleware platforms such as Boomi).\n• Lean / continuous improvement mindset with experience working within a structured PMO environment.\n• Experience supporting cross-functional system initiatives - Finance, HR, Commercial, Operations, IT\n• Demonstrable experience leading workshops and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.\n• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Forecasting, Reporting, Data Governance).\n• Experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, or integrations.\n• Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.\n• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven, multi-entity environment\n\nIf you would like more information including a full job specification about this Business Analysis position, please rely to this advert in the first instance.",
