  "job_description": "As a (Junior) Business Analyst in the Trading Business Support team you will\n• Report to the Trading Business Manager and support them in day-to-day activities.\n• Support Traders and Analysts in administrative and operational matters\n• Handle operational incidents and coordinate between traders and support\n• Drive the improvement of operational and governance frameworks\n• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a comprehensive understanding of internal support processes and market mechanisms\n• Represent the Trading department in projects and working groups\n• Build and maintain close and positive relationships with support units\n• Support the wider management team with administrative tasks within the department.\n\nQualifications :\n• University degree in business management economics finance or a related field\n• Understanding of commodity trading regulatory frameworks and market venues\n• Experience in project management or business analysis\n• Strong affinity for working with data and digital tools; ability to learn new systems quickly\n• Structured disciplined and solutionoriented working style\n• Ability to multitask prioritize and take ownership of endtoend processes\n• High level of attention to detail\n• Curious proactive and motivated with a willingness to learn and share knowledge\n• Commercial mindset and ability to work independently in an international environment\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n• Excellent English required; German and/or Norwegian are an advantage.\n\nAdditional Information :\n\nWhat we offer A career withStatkraftis a career filled with purpose meaning that every employee is not just making a living they are making a real difference to the planet our communities and the future.
