True to the motto \"digital, decentralized, and 100% renewable\", our heart beats both for the rapid development of a company and for combating the greatest challenge of our generation - climate change.\n\n## Job Description\n• Work closely with the Heat Pump division stakeholders to design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and ensure the best-in-class reporting infrastructure.\n• Implement and maintain automated Reporting for different business units to provide visibility and performance tracking across segments.\n• Develop deep knowledge of customer journey processes and use it to empower the business stakeholders to optimize the conversion funnel and achieve operational excellence.\n\n## Qualifications\n• 1-2 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics or similar roles.\n• Enthusiasm for working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.\n• Strong ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in automating data pipelines.\n• Exposure to Python for data analysis (e.g. pandas).\n• Our BI stack includes Snowflake, Streamlit, PowerBI and dbt.
