Based in the heart of Leeds city centre, you’ll join a fast-growing, multi-functional organisation that prides itself on supporting both its people and its clients.\n\nWorking across 10 growing businesses spanning two continents, you’ll play a key role in monitoring, interpreting and transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the group. If you enjoy working with Excel, building reports, and turning raw data into something impactful, this is a role where you can make a real difference.\n\nOur wider group consists of specialist executive search businesses delivering recruitment solutions to some of the world’s most innovative organisations. We operate across a diverse range of industries including Construction, Life Sciences, Packaging, Data Centres and Consumer sectors.\nWe believe that investing in our people — through training, development, and the right infrastructure — enables us to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Significant investment has been made into advanced management data tools, automations, and CRM systems. This role is central to ensuring we maximise the value of those systems by providing actionable insights that drive performance and growth.\n\nAnalyse consultant activity across multiple CRM platforms to identify training needs and performance opportunities\nProduce performance reports for senior leadership using Excel and Power BI\nBuild and maintain data models to track business performance\nConduct market research to support future growth opportunities\n\nCurrently studying a Bachelor’s degree and seeking a placement between 2nd and final year (ideally including IT or Mathematics modules)\nStrong Excel skills; Power BI experience is beneficial but not essential\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment\n\nFull onsite training delivered by experienced industry professionals\n• Private healthcare (after probation)\n• 25+ days holiday\n• Regular social events and team activities\n\nThis placement runs Summer 2026 – Summer 2027 .",
