You’ll collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure system functionality, and ensure solutions meet business needs.\n\nThis is a highly analytical, client-facing role combining technical configuration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll develop expertise in system implementation and digital transformation within financial services.\n\nNo two projects are the same — you’ll gain exposure to varied benefit designs, complex calculations, data migrations, and software releases, building valuable technical and consulting skills from day one.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Assist in configuring workflows, data screens, system interfaces, payroll integrations, and reports.\n• Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.\n• Communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, gathering feedback and securing approval.\n• Produce clear documentation for both client and internal use.\n• Support software releases and upgrade processes when required.\n• Manage multiple parallel tasks and prioritise effectively within project deadlines.\n• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.\n• Record time and contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes.\n\nRequirements\n• A technical undergraduate degree.\n• Right to work in the United Kingdom.\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a high degree of numeracy.\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n• The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.\n• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.\n• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools.\n\nDesirable (but not essential — training will be provided):\n• Experience or academic exposure to SQL, T-SQL, XML, or databases.\n• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.\n• Understanding of business processes and workflows.\n\nOur clients value diversity in all its forms, and we especially welcome applications from female graduates and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in STEM.
