Confidently navigate various datasets, including Standard Sales and Pricing.\n• Extraction & Transformation: Perform efficient data extraction and transformation (ETL) to meet reporting requirements.\n• Quality Control: Conduct thorough QC and data consistency checks before client delivery to ensure 100% accuracy.\n• Investigation: Perform sporadic data investigations and report recurring technical issues to the Development team and Team Leader.\n\nReporting & Delivery:\n• Production Management: Lead the weekly and monthly production of QlikSense reports, N-printed presentations, Pivot tables, CSVs, and Datafeeds.\n• Ad-hoc Support: Assist with custom requests, such as creating new demo reports or generating historical data extracts.\n• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including methodologies and user guides.\n\nStakeholder Support:\n• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Assurance teams to align data with client requirements.\n• Inquiry Management: Respond to internal and external data inquiries, keeping detailed records of actions and follow-ups.\n• UAT Testing: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software in conjunction with the Development team.\n\nExperience/Knowledge/Qualification required\n• Educated to college or degree level\n• Excellent Excel skills (complex formulas, vlookup, pivot table, macros…)\n• Basic Qlik Sense skills\n• Basic knowledge of Qlik NPrinting\n• Good knowledge of Data Analysis and Business Analytics\n• Good command of English, both spoken and written\n\nCharacter and Personal Qualities\n• Critical Thinking\n• Creative mind, able to think outside the box and good problem-solving skills\n• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills\n• Works well under pressure\n• Attention to detail\n• Effective communicator able to communicate at all levels of the organisation\n• Tenacious, resilient, able to bounce-back\n• Willingness to learn and progress",
