  "job_description": "Senior Test Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)\n\nTest Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors) – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid\n\nSalary circa £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package\n\nA major international solutions organisation is seeking an experienced Test Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors expertise to join a large-scale transformation programme.\n\nOperating across multiple regions and supporting critical infrastructure projects nationwide, the organisation delivers sustainable solutions and services. With a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex enterprise programmes within a large, established business.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs part of a wider HR systems transformation, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of systems across the testing lifecycle.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n• Executing various testing activities including Functional, Unit, Data Migration, Regression, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing\n• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practice\n• Creating and maintaining test documentation, including business scenarios, test scripts and test summary reports\n• Supporting the Test Manager with project coordination and reporting\n• Identifying, logging and tracking defects using ALM/SharePoint defect management tools\n• Coordinating and supporting business testing across the software development lifecycle\n\nExperience Required\n\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\n\nStrong SAP SuccessFactors testing experience, including hands-on knowledge of:\n• Recruitment\n• Onboarding\n• Employee Central\n• Employee Central Payroll\n• Experience with Workforce Time & Attendance applications (or similar systems)\n• Experience conducting Data Migration testing from source to target systems\n• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent\n• Significant experience working as a Test Analyst within enterprise environments\n• A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices\n• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills\n• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues clearly to stakeholders and project teams\n• Understanding of SAP integrations\n• Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation programme within a globally operating organisation supporting major infrastructure and construction projects.",
