  "job_description": "Experteer Overview\nAs Lead Data Analyst at Hippo, you provide technical leadership in data consultancy, shaping deliverables and mentoring peers. You’ll translate client needs into analytics work, driving value from diverse data sources through insights, models and dashboards. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, pipelines and governance, while promoting knowledge sharing within the Hippo Herd.
