  "job_description": "I'm currently working with a client in the financial sector looking for a Head of Data & Analytics.\n\nYou will need to be a problem solver capable to build their entire data function from scratch, setting the strategy, architecture, governance including all reporting foundations needed to enable a fully data-driven environment.\n\nRequired skillset:\n\nStrong experience in data-focused roles within financial services, investments, or pensions.\n\nExpertise in data governance, quality management, and regulatory requirements.\n\nHands-on proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\n\nExperience implementing or managing enterprise data platforms.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.\n\nLocation - Birmingham (3 days per week onsite requirement)\n\nSponsorship is not available for this role",
