  "job_description": "3rd Line Data Centre Support Engineer required for an established manufacturing & supply chain business, paying up to £42K + Bonus + Benefits\n• *This is being offered as a hybrid role, with 3 days on site (Bridgwater or Stroud) and 2 days remote\n\nPlease note; we do need someone with Data Centre experience\n\nThe Opportunity:\n\nThis is an opportunity for a 3rd Line Infrastructure / Data Centre Support Engineer looking to work within a stable enterprise environment (Circa 1500 Servers), supporting core business systems and infrastructure that genuinely impact day-to-day operations.\n\nYou'll be working at Enterprise Scale - with Teams across the UK, Germany and Poland - with a real focus on high quality, and high-availability systems and applications.\n\nThere is a strong mix of BAU support, technical problem solving and project-based work, with opportunities to get involved in wider infrastructure initiatives as the environment continues to evolve and expand.\n\nThe Role:\nYou will be responsible for supporting and maintaining core data centre infrastructure, with a focus on high-quality operational support and technical standards.\n\n• Supporting enterprise server and infrastructure platforms - Windows, some Linux, Hyper-V, NetApp\n• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical incidents\n• Supporting virtualisation and hosted environments\n• Working within structured IT service management processes\n• Assisting with hardware lifecycle management\n• Supporting infrastructure monitoring and availability management\n• Contributing to documentation and technical standards\n• Experience of both on-prem and expanding Azure Cloud offering\n\nWhy This Role?\n\n• Enterprise infrastructure environment\n• Opportunity to work on both BAU support and technical project work\n• Collaborative and experienced technical team\n• Clear focus on service quality and operational excellence\n• Excellent Career stability and growth on offer\n\nTo find out more, please click apply or get in touch and we can share further details.",
