Tracking Analyst - GA4 / GTM £40,000–£50,000 // UK (Fully Remote) Digital Agency // Hotels & Travel A fast-growing, UK-based digital agency is looking for a GA4 Tracking Analyst to join their team. You’ll become the agency’s go-to expert for all things tracking and measurement, working across a portfolio of major US hotel brands. From auditing GA4 setups to fixing complex cross-domain issues, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and enabling smarter marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities: GA4 & GTM Ownership • Own and manage GA4 tracking across all client accounts • Build, maintain, and optimise Google Tag Manager containers • Implement GA4 tracking plans • Set up and maintain custom dimensions, custom metrics, and events • Validate tagging implementations and troubleshoot data anomalies • Implement robust tracking frameworks across Web, Paid Media, SEO Tracking Audits & Problem Solving • Conduct in-depth GA4 audits for new and existing clients • Diagnose and fix complex tracking issues (including cross-domain) • Continuously monitor tracking health and proactively implement improvements Measurement • Ensure accurate conversion tracking for Paid Media campaigns • Support SEO through event tracking and behavioural data insights • Work in alignment with US data privacy and consent requirements • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, SEO, and development teams to ensure accurate data collection Data & Reporting • Support the development of the agency’s reporting stack • Help improve how performance data is collected, structured, and used Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex tracking setups • Experience auditing GA4 implementations and designing measurement frameworks • Comfortable balancing BAU tasks with larger strategic projects • Experience within hotel, travel or hospitality sectors is highly desirable • Exposure to internet booking engines is a strong advantage • Understanding of cookie compliance, consent management, and data privacy regulations Great Benefits: • 10% of company profit shared across the team • Unlimited holiday allowance • Flexible working hours • Annual company retreats • Fully remote working (UK-based)
