This role is based at Head Office, Kidderminster, with Working from Home option.\n\nTHE ROLE\n\nAs a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to support digital transformation initiatives within the Company. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.\n\nABOUT YOU\n• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a digital transformation or technology-driven environment.\n• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.\n• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau etc.\n• Knowledge of data modelling concepts and database management.\n• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualisation tools.\n• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical language.\n• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nTHE TERMS\n\nContract Term: Permanent Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break\n\nAnnual Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days)\n\nSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)\n\nBenefits: Pension scheme, laptop, enhanced family friendly benefits, private medical insurance after 1 year of service, sick pay scheme.\n\nYou will be required to proof of right to work in the UK.\n\nIf you think you could be the right person to join our friendly team, we would love to hear from you\n\nA Note from Us Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to offer individual feedback.
