  "job_description": "Job Description\n\nDiverta’s Global Internship Program is now accepting applications for the 2026 Summer Internship in Japan!\n\nWe are welcoming motivated software engineering students around the globe, who are passionate about web technologies and ready to explore a new work environment for 2-3 months in Tokyo.\n\nWe provide you with a valuable opportunity to learn & practice new technical & soft skills, to be creative in your project/tasks, and also to have an irreplaceable insight into business-level product development.\n\nWe pride ourselves on the dedicated support and mentoring we provide to our interns both in office or during their experience in Japan with covered charges and Visa support.\n\nStandout interns are offered full-time job offers every year!\n\nInternship details:\n• Duration: 2-3 months between May 1st and August 31st (negotiable)\n• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day (excluding breaks, no overtime needed)\n• Location: on-site in Tokyo, Japan\n• Covered expenses: round-trip flight, hotel stay, commuting, meals allowance, mobile/wifi\n• Recruiting process: Apply → CV selection → Skills Test → HR Interview → Technical Interview → Offer\n\nHow to succeed in preliminary selection:\n• Our company values honesty and transparency above all, so it’s recommended to highlight even a few actual skills rather than an exaggerated list of projects or skills\n• The preliminary selection is through CV review, so we recommend supporting your CV with past projects (if any).
